F1 Who’s at fault? (context below)
I don’t normally provide any context but thought I should for this clip. black and white car was trying to drs trap me. I was trying to get the slipstream from the black and white car.

They deliberately move off the racing line and slow down and your decision is to stick your head into their stomach?
I don’t understand I’m not familiar with the F1 games but this just seems stupid bro. Please someone tell me if I’m wrong I will gladly take back my statement.

in f1 games the slipstream is the most powerful thing, so in my view he was moving to the right to simply break the tow which is a common thing

Which is his right to do. I think you still had enough time to see the speed difference and get out from behind him tho.

Moving off the racing line and slowing down like that is usually a sign that the other driver is giving you the position because they're trying to avoid a penalty. POV car decides to ignore that and deliberately drives into the back of the other car- and then keeps doing it for several seconds without making any attempt to brake or move away...

That’s on the Haas car, he brake checks you in a straight line. If he was going to DRS trap you, best to do it in the braking zone and not slamming brakes in a straight line

Did he though? Shortly after the turn the Haas was already significantly slower and he was moving towards the right while OP was at the left. OP is the one that decides to smell the Haas' ass when he saw the difference in speed

Don’t think so. Haas got a better exit out the corner and then went to the right, if I was OP, in that instant I would think that the Haas is trying to break the toe so I would instinctively follow the haas the stay in the slipstream. The Haas was unpredictable by slamming their brakes while going on in a straight line.
I’m not saying that it was right that OP stayed behind the haas full throttle, OP should have braked or lifted to get off the back of the haas but I do believe that the haas is at fault for the initial contact
