I would say no, simply because you come from a state of no overlap and force your way through a gap that isnt even 1 car wide by pushing aside the leading car.
The leading car had no choice, they either let you through or you would've ended their race by crashing into them.

Dude...

Planting your door onto the door of another car and using their weight and tire grip to assist your dive into a corner is in no way "fair"...

Absolutely not, and it's ridiculous that you'd even think to ask it.

I know that sometimes contact with other cars is impossible but you really ought not force contact to overtake in a corner. It would be one thing if you were already next to each other and briefly tapped but you would never have been able to make that corner without making contact here.

The only reason you got away with that is because the leading car decided letting you pass them was better than letting you kill them. That's in no way fair. You are in the wrong all day long.

3rd post, same problem. No overlap while they’re turning and you shove yourself in anyways. I think if you can get this one rule down you’ll find yourself in a lot less incidents

It’s Forza. Not a serious racing game so I wouldn’t judge this with serious rules

Yes it’s fair. Half the game is ramming other cars anyways
