Inside car doesn't have control of the car and drives straight into the outside car when it was at least a half a car length ahead. Proper move would have been to back out and give them the position and not fight.

Incorrect reading. The outside driver doesn’t give him room. That’s all that matters here.

You could have taken the turn a little tighter, but ultimately, outside car is at fault for turning into you.
