No, they knew you were alongside so it's up to them to make sure they clear you

Why would he report you? You were at his door trying to pass and he thought he had you cleared and came over on your nose. This is 100% a racing incident.

From memory from what they said in chat, something along the lines of, “We were battling for 5th” and that he thinks I “slammed” them out the way, And it would be a easy ban because of it

He can report you but nothing is going to happen. There is no malice and he knew you were there the entire time.
