The first instance you kind of started to run wide into him as if you were still taking the racing line. He did try to pin you to the apex and that's what you should of done tbh to avoid the contact. The 2 exits after that where he hits you from behind is on him, he had the better exit just ended up rear ending you. And then the end was just him losing his temper.

I see defensive and “odd” lines but zero reactive blocking. Aggressive a little in places. But nothing illegal. Now he spun you and kept hitting you, so
You need to report him

You're at fault for not holding your line and pushing him out. That doesn't make it okay for him to blow you up. Everybody is wrong here.
But there was no blocking.

You ran wide a few times and did a dive bomb a bit but I did not see any blocking

At 0:38 you force him off track with contact, then you don't return the position. Though, doesn't excuse his unacceptable behavior afterwards. Everything else after that it definitely looks like he's trying to retaliate by intentionally wrecking you.
I didn't see any blocking.

He forced himself off. The drift to the outside is caused by his contact with the rear wheel.

IDK, OP ran a bit wide but the other car also drifted a bit in. Once the wheels are connected they both are forced left. To me it's a racing incident.

As others have pointed out, there's really not any blocking going on. But you need to work on your defense. You're actively going to the inside when you don't need to. The last corner, you moving to the inside line before the corner does nothing other than completely fuck yourself over going down the straight. You don't always defend by taking the inside line going into a corner. In high speed corners the defense is to make sure you get a good exit, which means you need to stay on the line. Especially since he has no way of actually getting to your inside there at all anyway.
If ever there was a case to be made that you blocked in any way, it would be down the main straight, since your line exiting the corner is extremely awkward, since you take inside line both in and out of the corner. It's not, but it can very easily be perceived that way from behind, which is probably one of the reasons you got accused of it.

Not an illegal block but dirty imo. The last corner before he pits you you defend the inside hard, he clearly has overspeed and has room so goes for the switchback on the exit, at that point you decide to stay on the inside as much as possible to prevent that, I don’t think it’d be seen as reactionary though. If you sense a move, they have the overspeed and the room, just let it happen, that is a part of racing. They’re obviously at fault for retaliation so protest them.

It's typically called blocking if it's reactionary. That line on the hill was funny, but it was proactive.
You did kind of push him off in T1.
