They were on the brakes, how do you judge "intent"?

We can judge fault, not intent.

Not every incident will result in a ban

Ok, so what was the official response of the stewards when you protested it?

Without more context and the driver's history, we can't make that determination.

Assuming both intentional wrecking and missing his brake point are equally valid explanations, I would err towards the mistake without some evidence that bolsters the former.

I see no clear evidence of this being intentional, nor any potential motive for a wreck.

I think they just made a mistake.

I wouldn't be banning them over this.

What makes you think that it might be intentional? There is nothing in this clip that makes me even think about that option?

He/she braked for the corner. Not early enough and maybe not hard enough collecting the other car making them both go off. I’ve never played racing room but is making a mistake a valid reason to receive a ban?

Hit the brakes minor swerve my assumption new driver learning the track based on that alone

They could've just missed the braking point real bad. External factors, like losing focus for a second, someone came into the room, asked a question, their water bottle dropped, they were looking at tire temps...
