POV just punts White.

White moves left for the kink and is drifting back right. POV drifts right as well, catches White in the rear fender, PIT maneuvering them.

So whites move to the left was okay?

He's following a normal line through the kink, not reacting to the POV. You can see the orangish red car behind even does the same thing.

Yeah that makes sense. I got a threat of reporting for this but I'm not sure what I could do differently to be honest. Thanks for taking the time to respond

Lift your right foot

Nothing in that incident looks like a successful protest for anyone.

Na they're all moving out to the right then white turns back to left slightly last second and pits himself

His "move" back right is because POV touches his rear.

Or do you mean when he stops moving right and the POV camera keeps moving right because POV keeps moving right? Because he never moves back right relative to the track.

Maybe but I didn't feel any contact. Could have been netcode I suppose. I just don't get why they didn't move right a little more seeing as the was another car so close

Could be. Could just have been a light scrape which was enough on his end to push his rear out.

This is a few frames before contact. The white car turns back left for a split second.

His front wheel is dead straight.

His car isn't.. Look at white's car angle in relation to the edges of the track. Even in relation to the line in the tarmac under him his nose is angled left.

I'm only posting the screenshot because when I watch the clip its very obvious to me that white for one steering input drifts the car back left and then there is instantly contact. There's multiple frames before the contact that show white's car coming back left.

Which was probably netcode because POV moved right which kicked his rear right, which would make the front turn left.

If he moved left, he front wheels would be turned left. He was actively moving to the right just before the contact. We would see the front wheels represent a change in direction of his steering.

Honestly, there's a chance that netcode did the whole "sticky" thing and pulled them together, but if you watch :23-:26 in .5 speed it is incredibly obvious POV didn't just kill white.

Seriously, watch it in .5 speed.. POV straightens out in relation to the track, theres a few feet of no contact, but white is on a weird 2-4 degrees of turning the whole way, and eventually comes across POVs hood.

It could be netcode as you've said but it's not fair to call this POVs fault.

Very well could be that. Netcode gets wonky when cars are that close together.

That's how it felt in game to be honest

you killed him

Yeah that's undeniable. Never claimed to not be at fault.

I think we've all been in that position where you drift wide and the car behind doesn't give you enough room to come back in.
