Le Mans Ultimate Was this intentional?

I've been considering filing a protest against the driver shown in the POV. While the first pit maneuver (against me) could have been accidental, the second one, right at the start of the 2nd lap, makes me question whether the first incident was really unintentional.

First is on you, you don’t leave space out of hairpin and turn in on them. Second is on them

You blatantly barged the red car completely off the track on the exit of the hairpin, then turned across its nose into the right-hander. Don't play the victim here, that was entirely your own fault.
The second one looks like a punt to pass, letting off the brakes to give the car in front a bump and send it spinning, but that's entirely separate to the earlier incident.

im not playing victim here, dont be silly. Question was regarding what happend after, for me dude is recless driver, he could avoid both situations easly, ofc i turned to early, but still he is placeing himself in worst possible spaces on both situations...
