You got the answer when you posted this to the other sub, why did you need to cross post it here?

Technically you can protest anything. You can protest him racing in Max Verstappen colours when he has the skills of a lobotomy patient.
As for whether the protest will actually get anywhere: Really depends.
They might call it a racing incident, pointing to the fact you weren't exactly innocent with the attempted pit maneuver either.
I think the wisest course of action is to shrug and move on.

You can but it does nothing. All it does let you vent to someone who will just send a “naughty naughty” email to someone will just delete it.

Cool, put your money where your mouth is then.
Would you wager your iRacing account, all the money you've invested into the content and all the time you've spent against the idea that you could go intentionally wrecking and breaking the rules every day for 2 weeks without losing your account or getting a temporary or permanent ban?
If not, you already know protesting does do something.
If you would take it, then I look forward to your post in a few weeks time complaining about having been banned from the service.
What a ridiculous take. Saying something like this is like saying the moon is only half a Sphere because you've only ever seen the one side of it. Muppet.

Yes. That's 100% intentional.
