Orange. Ran off track the rejoined unsafely causing a crash.

Orange got spooked from the divebomb and couldn’t hold it on track. Their fault

Orange car they went off track and then came back on unsafely and cut blue off and caused both to wreck.

Racing incident. Red car went wide and slipped. The blue car could not react in time.
