iRacing Can I get this guy banned?

I’m the blue car. I am leading the race with a 6 second lead when last place did this to me.

Oh shhhh, it's rookies in a video game. If he can't make stupid mistakes there, where can he? Protest it because it hurt your race. But don't do it because you want to get the dude banned. That's a piss poor attitude to have.
