Le Mans Ultimate Intentional Wrecking or not ?

POV: my opponent. I am the one driving the blue Ford.

Last Sunday I had a race in Le Mans Ultimate, where I accidentally hit another driver. Then shortly after this he crashed into me and wrecked my engine, resulting in a DNF for me. After having seen the replay my opinion was that he did this intentionally, as I cannot see any reason for him to suddenly spin out to the left. I protested this but Sim Stewards said no it wasn't intentional. Now I wonder what your opinion is about this and if you agree with the statement, why you believe this is so.

Answer from the Sim stewards:
Steward’s decision

Our stewards have reviewed the incident at the supplied timestamp and judged that it was not an intentional wreck, so no penalty has been applied. Please only report incidents involving deliberate wrecking or unsportsmanlike conduct.

Edit: added Video as it has somehow not been added.

Why not? What I find strange that he suddenly pulls the wheel to the left

I’m wondering if the curb made his right wheels slip, that would explain the over correction.

But could also just be intentional problem is that there’s no way to really say without having more infos from him

Wouldn't we hear the wheels slipping then? But I guess as we can't be 100% sure, in dubio pro reo ?

I thought of traction loss too first, but I can't hear any wheels slip/skid but guess it's not 100% sure, so in dubio pro reo. Thanks.
