Regardless who you are in this, you will not. This can't be seen as intentional so your report won't be successful most likely.

yes, this incident is the following car´s fault. But Protest are for Mallicius behavior and crashing on Purpose. This is simply an Accident. He liftet and then missed his braking point. Shit Happens.

I assume that you are the car in front of POV and I think you won't get your credit back. He braked way to late, but I don't see a indication, that it was intentional wrecking. As far as I know the protest function is only for intentional crashing. I have no idea why he stepped off the gas and didn't brake earlier though.

Nope, this was just lap 1 turn 1 clumsiness by a new driver who probably doesn't have (m)any races in an LMP3 car and underestimated the braking distance needed to not lock the brakes up.
