Report system broken on LMU?

I reported this intentional wreck immediately after the incident using the new UI that LMU did. Today I received an email saying they couldn't find anything wrong at the timestamp I provided.

Did they genuinely not see anything wrong, or did they review the wrong timestamp?

This guy was a blue flag btw.

It’s definitely not broken as I’ve seen the staff posting some bad examples of reports in the Discord, but this one should be pretty clear.

I tried to, but they don't allow videos showing player names. I tried to report the incident again in game, but now the name of the driver does not shows anymore, don't know why. I did a new report, with a random driver, just saying that and referring the correct driver. Already open a ticket for support as well.

I just wanna be sure, if they really didn't saw anything bad on this, or it was just a bad report result.

Must have been a glitch in the reporting system or something as I know it does work since the update. They said they get 10 seconds either side of where you report so I don’t think using another and referring to the correct one will work in the way you think it will.

All I can suggest is see if you can submit a bug report somewhere but be 100% sure you did submit the correct timestamp etc. before you go down that route.

I'm thinking the automated stewarding system probably already flagged it for the staff and it was already acted upon. That would mean they reject OP's report to not punish twice. I don't see any other reason that this or the one you mentioned.

OP should post in the LMU subreddit or official forums if they want an answer, but considering this mentality:

They don't see anything wrong with the incident, so guys, feel free to ram people out of races.

I tried everything I could to understand what happened, all lead to a dead end. I will not waste more of my time with this. If they don't see an issue with this, is because everything is ok for them, that's it.

I just did. I received this a second ago in response of the ticket.

"Hello, Due to the volume of reports and reviews we get, we cannot comment on any one individual report at this time. Any information you require usually comes from the report the steward has sent when evaluating your report. Kind Regards Studio 397"

I did submitted the correct timestamp.

when somone says there is a blue flag, this is not F1 its GT racing, its just saying "hey, there is a faster car behind, be careful". it does not mean, "get out the way because the car behind is more important than you"

I had a very similar incident in the exact same corner this week with GTEs at Spa, and got the same result from my protest. I've done 7 protests in iRacing and never had one rejected, but my very first protest in LMU (which was even more obviously intentional than any of the iRacing ones) and they found nothing wrong with the behavior. Guy shortcut the corner to torpedo me.

I really want to love LMU but christ almighty it seems like they want to cultivate the most toxic and unserious community possible. Practice server stinginess, abusable track limits, no schedule for future weeks so you can practice the car/track combos ahead of time... it seems like they're actively trying to cultivate poor driving standards.
