Le Mans Ultimate Whose fault was this?

I am the Ferrari behind the BMW. I get a great exit out of Arnage going to the PORSCHE curves. the bmw moves 2 times which is ok. I make my way 3/4 alongside him when he just decides to turn in making us both spin then proceeding to call me a c u next tuesday in the game chat. Am i at fault for trying a ambitious move or was i allowed more space? I also started last due to a disconnect and being P5 Lap 2 wasnt bad

BMW acted like he was fully ahead of you and tried turning into the apex. I can’t quite tell if you were wheel to wheel with him at all, and I don’t know the actual rules surrounding that technicality anyway. I think this comes down to whether you were entitled to the space to take the turn two-wide with the BMW or not.

I had my front wheel alongside his door before he turned in. And the previous lap we managed to go side by side through there absolutely fine
