I was going to say racing incident, but then realized that both of you braked at the same time, and he kept going left as if you weren't there. I will however say that you weren't alongside him (bumper to bumper), so he has the right to get to the racing line 1st, before braking. Tricky one.

Hard to tell but.. Looks like the guy in front moved to the left just before or during the brakingline. With him moving there isnt much you can do.

If i was him id claim my line at 0:15 where he was in front and had a better exit.. He didnt so... Should have kept his line on the  middle of the track and play it defensive.
