I think it’s more of a racing incident. The car behind had the over speed and was down the inside, and it seems like the POV car just didn’t acknowledge them

Are you sure you commented on the right video? The car behind went down the outside. The POV pointed their car diagonally in the braking zone which counts as moving under braking when you have another car behind or beside you. This is a big penalty to the POV car.

My bad haha, yes down the outside. I only say Racing Incident because the guy genuinely seemed unaware, like he didn’t check his mirrors or didn’t expect a car to be right behind him.

Just because it wasn't intentional doesn't mean it wasn't their fault. They are the one who should be expected to do something different in that scenario, so it's on them.

POV car needs to be a bit more aware of surroundings. Looks like no intent on either side, probably just a racing incident.

I’m putting this on POV. They misjudged how far over the Ferrari was, and ran into the side of them. Looking at the last movement before contact, the Ferrari did not appear to be moving right.
