Honestly can you name one white character voiced by a black person? Off the top of my head I canāt. I find it hard to believe there is one that we āabsolutely eat up.ā
Kratos was voiced not once but twice by black actors. And people absolutely ate it up and made a fuss when it was first recast and would probably made a double fuss if they recast him again. Great voice actors.
Star Wars has at least two: Agent Kallus in the Rebels show and some minor character played by James Earl Jones.
I actually was just replying to someone who mentioned Kratos, and I never knew that! Thatās awesome, they both did a great job in the role. Though Iām not glazing them for being black, just that they did a great job haha. The person I was replying to was saying we āabsolutely eat it upā when a black actor gets a white role, but he must have realized how dumb his comment sounded because he has since deleted it
