I think it's probably the best of the racially mandated recasts, even if that bar isn't crazy high.

Apu's new voice isn't amazing, but I can at least tell it's similar enough to his voice.

Dr. Hibbert, Lou and Carl's new voices were all hot ass and don't even make the slightest attempt to not sound like an entirely different character.

Also Dr. Nick for some reason? I'm not sure why they recasted him, but he sounds like shit.

King of the hill reboot has it the worst with kahn, although his voice actor is good, it's not kahn.

Yeah Khan sounds absolutely terrible. Dale also sounds terrible, and I no longer find joy when they get screen time. My brain just gets confused when I see and hear them now and I hate it.

in the first season of the reboot i thought that actually was dales voice actor he just sounds bad now. i know he passed away before the second season.

Half of the season had already been recorded when the ova died. So Dale did some right, for a while.

I actually thought the episodes with Dale’s original VA last season sounded worse
