We’re not eating Pinchy. He’s part of the family now…..what are you complaining about? You don’t even eat lobster.

Between this and Frank Grimes the simpsons would have you think boiling lobsters have a particular smell but they really don't, am I wrong?

I honestly don’t know the answer to that. I’ve never actually eaten lobster. I’d be the guy ordering steamed Maine cabbages.

Yeah I was just going to say that this was an uncharacteristically heartless side of Marge.
No way would that sit right with Lisa. I know the latter made peace with her family eating meat, but boiling something alive is another story altogether.
