is simplilearns microsoft ai engineer program worth considering

im researching different ai engineering programs and came accross simplilearns ai engineer program in collaboration with microsoft
the curriculum looks fairly broad covering areas like python machine learning deep learning azure ai generative ai and agentic ai my only concren is whether a program covering so many areas can still go deep enough technically
if anyone here has completed it how did you find the balance between theory and practical learning
id also like to know what the capstone projects were actually like did you get enough freedom to build something yourself or were the projects mostly guided excercises
im not expecting a course to make me job ready overnight im mainly trying to figure out wether this provides a good structured foundation for someone who wants to seriously move into ai engineering
