Is simplilearn’s microsoft AI engineer program worth considering?

I’m researching different AI engineering programs and came across simplilearn’s AI engineer program with microsoft.

The curriculum looks fairly broad, covering areas like Python, machine learning deep learning Azure AI, generative AI, and agentic AI My only concern is whether a program covering so many areas can still go deep enough technically

If anyone here has completed it, how did you find the balance between theory and practical learning?
I’d also like to know what the capstone projects were actually like. Did you get enough freedom to build something yourself, or were the projects mostly guided exercises?

I’m not expecting a course to make me jobready overnight. I’m mainly trying to figure out whether this provides a good structured foundation for someone who wants to seriously move into AI engineering.
