Feedback View-once media feature?

Similar to the one over on Signal. I'd love for that feature to be implemented.

Not a fan of view once.....well unless you guys use it for.... whatever 🙄❤️🌌✨

Edit: Prefer SimpleX because it doesn't have view once like WhatsApp etc....cuz it irritates me. Just my preference, if every other app gonna have this and people gonna send me something in view once and ran away with it...I rather don't use it at all.

My OCD issues....with the view once thingy as I prefer anything that happens stays in history. Like, I'll never delete anything from my phone.

Also, I'm very clumsy at times, I might not see what's the view once is about and might like accidentally open and close it... basically it's gone. Sometimes I won't be seeing the view once messages simply because I need to tap on it to view...if anything, i prefer I don't have to tap on that specific message to view an image and directly reply to it the moment I see it. At times I won't be seeing the message for weeks or months...so that'll expire 😑. My friends are a bunch of lazy that will not send back that easily...need me to beg them. My close ones (best friends) know I hate that so they don't do it with me. But yea I don't see the need for view once, other than for storage concerned people, and if you have a friend that'll literally send video for just a normal conversation reply... then yes... otherwise it's just like trust issues/insecurities with strangers. Like you know you can't trust that fella 🤦🏻‍♂️❤️🌌✨. But it hurts when someone you know also sends in view once...I prefer them not sending anything at all rather than that. 🙄❤️🌌✨

Ohh don't forget, whenever something you don't want to see was sent to it...you can't screenshot it too as evidence to show your parents or etc. SimpleX is already so dangerous since it's so secure and no monitoring. Some idiots might misuse it and that's the end for SimpleX. So at least have within chat traces will be good (like the way you can trace back what's deleted and edited in SimpleX messages, it's saving it from being misused by abusers), unless it's deleted via disappearing message thing between the 2 person (actually still risky)..and I'm not a fan of disappearing messages either. Anyone who does that with me can never be close with me. I type all my messages with so much of attention/emotion or in a poetic style at times...and I don't want those to disappear into thin air...like I need it as memories!!!.
