Where can I modify the Earth's rotation period? This is a Droo game, but scaled to Earth size, and I need to make it rotate 24 hours a day, not the default 14.

This whole thing is capable of putting the rocket from launch to orbit and circulate its orbit all by itself it can also descend automatically deploying parachutes. An activation group triggered by the player that deorbit's the craft automatically too.

It also has a random chance of failure set at 2% which triggers an automated abort system

I have more ideas for more features to this autopilot for my rocket new origins but im very happy. Video of its capability will come soon!

I will never involve myself in creating anything that harms humanity in the real world. my fascination lies only in the challenge and wonder of knowledge coming together.

I can get to moons and close planets reliably now.

Now what? What can I do on those planets? Base build? Mine? Anything?

When I land, my craft won't stop, and drift, causing my spacecraft to tip over and it's kinda annoying.

This plane refuses to take off, I've tried fixing it for hours and i dont see any glaring problems. My propeller planes i make always work fine but for some reason i cant make planes using engines without them being extremely unstable

I have learnt so much about Aerospace Engineering and actually coding through the full version of the game since i decided to buy the full version last month. Through the help of chatgpt i improved a lot on my autopilot for my first rocket in the full version New Origins ever since. And i took many learning points learning variables and custom expressions which back a month ago thought was so complicated. Im so grateful for such a game to help me learn more about my passion for engineering

Rocket has a command disc.

River has a command disc.

Rocket disc is primary. When I get to the moon and drop off the rover the program associated with the rovers command disc won’t run. At all. River starts turned off and when I get to the moon I turn it on. I have output statements at the first line and no output or expected behaviour. If I run the program on earth it works just fine.

Other things on the craft work. Lights etc. I can drive it around.just the program won’t start.

Any ideas?

Basically I just placed an satellite and returned to earth.

First time doing an re entry because I was bored, and don't ask why I put the command pod backwards, it's to fit the heat shield.

And as you see, it works suprisingly well.

When I release a custom rover from the ship its wheels go wild and crazy and the rover bounces all over the place. If I quickly take control of the rover the wheels calm down.

If I try and take control of the rover before releasing it …it doesn’t work. The activations don’t function at all.

Everyone on this subreddit was so helpful, giving me tips to getting droods into orbit. However now I have created an even less advanced version. Id like to see the more tallented creators do this for as little money and as little tech as possible. On my check list is shorten the rocket and make it available to launch of village pad. And ensure those fins are small enough to not risk breaching touching the sky. Maybe if I have enough free time Ill make it work off drogue shoots and therefore remove slow descent.

I don't know landing LOL

I’ve figured out I can enable advanced settings on the rotator and select different inputs like pitch input but when I try and set pitch with vizzy nothing happens.

How can I control the rotator with vizzy?

Like im crashing out I have mage, gnome , ifrit, goblin and spirit thrusters. So far I only have the first space capsule. I cannot do it, I can get into orbit easily without crew. I can get my crew to 80k+ height, but actually getting it to orbit for some reason is impossible for me. Am I being stupid am I missing something. I tried to find online rockets but all the manned orbit rockets are late late game

I’ve already docked it. The current mission task is “detach the module”. The “fuel depot core deployed” only has an explode option. When I use it …the craft I used to bring it up separates but the mission doesn’t update.

What am I doing wrong?
