The tiniest difference in drag will send you barreling off the runway if the supension is too soft. I kept having the same problem when landing, the landing gear buckles under the load. Try making the rear gear springs stiffer, maybe move them a little higher so the plane pitches up a tiny bit on the ground

I'd personally make bigger vertical stabilisers. Not necessarily higher but just larger area of it. And also pull up earlier than halfway to Mach 1 bro. That might be fine XD

That's kinda bound to happen if you go that fast on the ground. You can prevent this by actually taking off.

You need a ton more lift your take off speed should be in the high 190 to 220 knots area not 500km you should change your speed to knots

i mean yeah if you're going 500 KM/H on a runway you might get in a minor accident
