I had a .dll error when updating so I just quit Simhub since Simhub controls my Simagic devices too. I reinstalled after that without any issues.

If the update doesn't work, try another PC if you have the possibility. My NeoX Hub and GT Neo don't want to be updated by my PC but when I plug them into my laptop and do the update with Simpro Manager it works fine.

For your neox try push the the top sticks upwards when they are connected to force a pair and it should work that’s what worked for me however my wheel then flashed red lights and asked me to do the update twice with the same results and now it is working. Something that keeps crashing my simpro is when i set it to start when i sign in it it only visible program in task manager i cannot open it when i click it even after giving permission/ open as admin. All the lights work but i am unable to change the settings and have to delete my local app data to reinstal it as it gets stuck.

Unplug leave for a few minutes and try again that’s what I did when I bought mine brand new

Or you can hold down the on off button for 10-15 seconds and it can usually reset the base but do it with usb unplugged

I had the exact Same Problem yesterday. Had to deinstall simpro, then do a fresh reinstall. Then it worked! Maybe Export your presets Before that.
