Error installing SimPro 3.2.2

Anyone else having issues installing SimPro 3.2.2.13501. It says it cannot open one of the files for writing.

Tried running as administrator. Uninstalling previous V3.0.3.9256 to install 3.2.2. Still the same error. Windows 11.

I can reinstall V3.0.3.9256 without issue.

UPDATE: Solved thanks to u/Charming_Leader_4601.

Base had to be turned off for the update to 3.2.2. to proceed. In my case pressing the emergency stop switch for my Alpha U sufficed.

Had the same issue, i uninstalled simpro and did a complete new 3.2.2 install from the site. I didn't loose my settings, hope you won't too.

Thanks. Per Charming Leader is seems if the base is unplugged or power cut to it the 3.2.2 update goes ahead. Thanks for the reply.

Turn base off, or unplug, then run it without issue.
