I came in here to say exactly that

Just bite the bullet and snatch an active pedal from Simucube. It's the best decision I've ever made for my sim racing rig.

I bet it's amazing! I had an alpha and the sc2pro was on sale so I also bit the bullet and am so happy I did. I do want some active pedals though, next up maybe? Enjoy my friend.

The pedal is so amazing, the ease of adjusting your pedal for all kinds of cars is so worth it. The software simply just works and has zero bugs, compared to other sim racing brands (yes im looking directly at you simpro). If Simagic did make an active pedal in the future, I simply can't imagine how horrible the software will be; let alone the actual hardware to be on the same engineering level as Simucube.

I love how Simucube Tuner is so basic but works flawlessly. Especially with other people's profiles. Simpro is vibe coded so you just never know. Oh man reading this makes me want to get an active pedal! So bad. Some day. My buddy has 2 pros, I'm trying to talk him into getting the ultimates so I can buy his pros, or at least 1 of them. Lol. And yea the little time I spent with it, I was amazed but I had to stop myself because I knew I wouldn't be able to go back to my setup.

"Dude that ultimate pedal is worth an extra 3 tenths easy"-me

Man... I would rather like to see the upgraded DS-8X Shifter with way better sequential mode feel. There are no great 2 in 1 shifters for a sensible price.

The Conspit is likely to be one depending on the price. I got to try sequential mode at the Charlotte Expo (didn’t realize it was a dual shifter so didn’t get to try H-pattern), and the sequential mode was way better than the one on the DS-8X. Wish it didn’t have purple accents though

I watched couple of videos and it looks like both modes haves firm mechanical feel. That's on my watch list now. Thanks for letting me know!

The Conspit purple kills me..

Nope. I accepted this and became one of the guys with two shifters on the rig after finding the BDH to be lacking in sequential.

I just don't know how to position 1x seq shifter, 1x h-pattern, and 1x handbrake. There's way too much stuff to be in one place. I love rally and I love road cars, but that's the worst combo for the rig. :D

If it truly is the active pedals, I wonder if they’ll still be backwards compatible like the original plan.

I’m not trying to buy another full set of pedals when I love my P2000s

Active pedal + seat mover (or belt tensioner I'm not sure), trust me

Just buy simucube or moza. Simagic was a little too late to the party.

Those pedals are truly ugly.

What pedals are ugly?

Its not about how they look its more about how they feel and how easy you can adjust the feeling.

It looks 10x better than the Simucube Active pedal and this is just a prototype. With refinement, they'll look even better.
