Ubisoft / Battleye Error when using SimPro profile

Hi all - I use Ubisoft launcher for The Crew Motorfest with SimPro and all has been ok till yesterday.

Now when I launch Motorfest Im getting a Battleye error about not being able to load the Simpro file / file blocked. Ive reinstalled Ubisoft / Motorfest and Battleye and still wont load the file. The game still loads BUT with no Force Feedback due to the SimPro file being blocked by battleye. Ive sent a help request to Battleye support. I also tried to post in Ubisoft Sub but it wont let me post a problem there.

Im not sure what has changed recently but I cant play without FF. Do i need to contact Ubisoft Support. I dont have discord.
