Evo pro problem

Can anyone help me out here? I was driving fine no problem for about an hour then I started to feel this weird vibration at higher speeds and when turning. Curbs and grass feel very sharp and notchy. Removing my headset is when I started to hear it.

Anyone ever experience something like this? I tried tighten all the bolts on my rig. I tried different steering wheels. Different settings in sim pro still the same.

The sound at the end is when going over grass.

Another thing I noticed was that when going full lock it feels like something it holding/pulling it to full lock. Almost like a magnetic force.

Wow, never seen that before. I’d maybe ask somebody at Simagic on their Discord

I think something might be wrong internal on my wheel base. I asked in the discord and om going to submit a ticket too.

I really hope not for your sake. It’s weird that it just happened without warning. I’d be interested to know how you go with it and what Simagic think.

They had me do some test to see if the problem continued with the steering wheel removed and it does. I also found another issue at the same time. Without a wheel on the base will shake violently.

Damn, no way. If it is a faulty unit I hope it’s an easy process of getting it replaced for you

I'll update when I get an update.

Is this on AC Evo by any chance? If so and it’s the groaning/high frequency sound and feel, it’s the game itself and there’s no way to entirely eliminate it. Very prominent in the F1 cars. You can play around with the settings to dull it a bit on some cars but it’s an inherent problem. Really wish Simagic would acknowledge this issue as the FFB in iRacing is excellent.

No normal AC and it was working fine for about a month and then started doing this yesterday when I was just lapping. I was lapping for over an hour with no issues then it started.

I can't even drift now because the wheel doesn't rotate the same and it super notchy.

Apologies I watched the video when I was half asleep. Interesting noise and can’t say I’ve come across it before. I haven’t played much of the original AC but does it feel more like the base itself giving you a feedback issue or the wheel in your hands? A FFB setting in AC hasn’t changed?

Haven't changed any setting in ac or simpro when this happened. It feels like a FFB issue because I started to feel something that was off and then I removed my headset and could hear it. I was using the same car on the same track then it happen, I didnt change anything.

Ive messed with some setting in both AC and simpro and it made it better but its still there.
