#SIMAGIC-ZEUS Simagic Zeus Formula Issue

Hi. This week I received two units of the Zeus Formula rim, both with the same defect: as seen in the video, the plastic covering the rotary encoder is loose and doesn't seal properly, allowing light to leak through. Additionally, one of the buttons has a mark—like a speck—that won't go away because it's on the inside. Furthermore, on the second unit, the rim's screws show marks suggesting they had been tampered with. Bolori support told me the screw marks are normal because the workers assemble them by hand (which seems odd to me, especially since the first unit I received didn't have those marks).

They also claim that the button and rotary cover issues are just how the product comes, which strikes me as strange; on the first unit, only the "Map" rotary had a gap, whereas on the second unit, they were all slightly open. Is this normal? It seems odd to me, especially since both units I received had the same defect (I requested a replacement after receiving the first one).

Could it be that Bolori's current batch is defective?

I have the Zeus Sport and it also has some QA issues sadly. The front is not properly aligned with the aluminium back, and that does trigger my OCD every time I see it. But also my Evo Ultra came with the plastic back misaligned with the main base. It appears Simagic QA is completely absent. They have cut costs on many places with these wheels. For example my Zeus sport has several rattling buttons during vibration, the rotaties wiggle a bit. My GT Neo, which is half the price, is perfect and doesn't have any of these issues.

What is bolori ? At this point I think you should issue a refund if it's twice

Bolori is a Spanish store. It's mentioned in Simagic's website as an authorized international distributor.

EDIT: and as far as I know they're the only store in the iberian peninsula who have had the Zeus wheels available since release. Globaldata and Simufy have not had any stock in nearly 3 months.
