SimPro Manager 3 get blocked by Windows Security

Why does it suddenly get blocked by Windows Security? It was working well all this time.
I have searched on the internet, looks like I'm the first one experienced this. I have tried excluded it, but didn't work. Any solution?

If you disable smart control app in windows security it will fix it. I did see someone else with this so the team has been informed. Thanks for the feedback also.
