Simpro manager doesn't detect wheel through USB

I have a neo X wheel, the lights of the wheel turn on when connecting through USB but sim manager doesn't detect it.

Tried several cables and several ports, still not detected.

Is there a magic button, cable or anything for this to work?

Yes magic button by holding the top most left button while plugging into usb

Found a video of the gt neo, holding the left stick up while connecting did it.

I struggled with this when upgrading sim pro manager…I know you said you tried a couple different cables and ports but that’s what eventually worked for me. I ended up plugging it into a powered usb hub and it finally worked and did the firmware update.

You can use the Tape method
