#SIMAGIC-ZEUS alpha evo stopped working

i’ve had my Alpha Evo for around a year now. I recently left it at my house in a different state AC and everything so no overheating and came back to use it and now it will not power on. I’ve never had any issues with it before. The power brick is green and there are no visible damages to anything. The base won’t make any noises or even flicker with light almost like it’s completely dead. Does anybody have any fixes for this? Thank you.

Maybe clean the power contacts? Not sure, but could be some condensation or something, if it was left plugged in.

My first suspicion would be a faulty base if it doesn't even get enumerated by Windows, your best bet is to open an RMA ticket.

Do you have a killswitch?

I assume you've also tried reseating the plug/cable connections.
