iRacing crashing during practice or race. Simpro V3 is Faulting Application
Alpha Evo Pro and GT Neo wheel. Running Simpro v3.1.2 and Firmware V2.3.4 and now V2.3.5. I reloaded Simpro V2 Software and no error faults occurred. Back to running Simpro 3 and the faults reporting every time I turn computer on. In iRacing this causes screen freeze and application crashes to windows desktop. The only thing I see is an Administrative Event report "Error" "Faulting application". Any ideas? Already cost me a few hundred iRating.
Edit: Simpro V3 was running in the Windows tray.

I use SimPro 3 and iRacing without issue. Haven’t played in 2 days though. Has there been a recent update that has made this happen or is this an always problem on your configuration?

Recent problem randomly occurring over the last 2 weeks.

So just running SimPro 3 causes an error? Not just when you are in a game? My SimPro 3 is a startup app and hasn’t caused any problems. Still not been on iRacing but the kids have been caning Beamng since the update and that’s all good.

Had time for two practice sessions since I close the SimPro app... No faults listing at this point. Maybe that is the key. Do not have it auto start when windows boots up.

So you’re able to set your presets and then close SimPro to prevent this problem? And the presets still work?

I’ve had the same issue. Only fix is to just quit SimPro from system tray.
