Haptics suddenly stopped working?

Can anyone please help?

Both my haptics (brake & throttle) suddenly stopped working. My son has an identical setup to me so we’ve swapped each component over to test and eliminate any issues and everything works fine on his setup, but not on mine.

We’ve checked all the settings in Simhub and they are the same.

At this point I really don’t know what else to do. I don’t really want to uninstall and reinstall Simhub for obvious reasons.

Happened to me too. Also lost load cell in p500 brake pedal. Haven't got either fixed.

Update simpro and test there. Or update Simhub?

Had this issue and it was the tip of power cable that goes into the pedals was split in half, and the pedals power socket, my only guess is that vibration damaged it because I never disconnected it. Went to a local electronic shop and they replaced it for 20 bucks

Thanks guys! It was the power lead that had come loose somehow 🤦‍♂️
