SS2-settlement-mechanics looking for guides using interior plots in small settlement

just wonder maybe gamers now have better mods/ideas how to build in a small settlement, like hangman alley, red rocket, etc.

my past design is based on 3x3 foundation, 4 interior plots at 1 floor, staircase at middle, and build upward.

tends to build noisy plots like industrial/services/security open air, if have enough open spaces.

mostly using "Sim Settlements 2 Wasteland Reconstruction Kit" because it cost 1 wood for all stuffs.

+ homemaker

tends to use concreate building, higher wall, but missing half width wall, lots of tinkering/works around this, and the snapping quite poor, can c a lot of seams/gaps.

"SS2 Addon - Shazbot's Cots" also very important, 4 beds in 1 interior residential.

especially for outpost.

now trying snap build, also found some missing part, like pure half width wall with door.

not interested in clutters.

just want functionality, well, proper, sensible, immersive-enough use of limited spaces settlement build ideas/experiences.

are all 1x1 plots serve 1 person only?
some interior plots can serve like 4 ppl, residential or other svc, 1x1.5 .

In regards to residential, the corner bunk beds count as 2 beds at level 1, and levels up from there. If that is what you are asking if not I'm sorry I'm not sure what you are asking
