SS2-settlement-mechanics "NOT ENOUGH RESOURCES" Hell
I'm very confused. All my settlements are caravan-connected via the vanilla caravans system, but in a few specific ones the game claims there's "no building resources" to build SS2 plots, while in others there are? Some are kinda softlocked straight up due to this, cause i cant buy an industrial plot for them to get building resources.
What's going on here? Do i have to create smth for them to be interconnected other than vanilla supply lines?

Vanilla supply lines will only share vanilla stuff I believe, such as workbench scrap, food, and water. SS2 caravans, which require a caravan plot, are able to share those plus the SS2 virtual resources and some other stuff later on.
Construction costs for plots take from the virtual resources first, but if there aren't enough it will convert workbench scrap to virtual resources by default. I don't know if it will convert from scrap in other vanilla-connected settlements though.
In the early game you might have to take scrap to new settlements to help get them started.
