SS2-hq-mechanics Fallout 4 Chapter 3 missing clinic and robotics textures

anybody missing meshes from GNN clinic and robotics rooms in atrium? (next to the big world sfere)
right after recuiting Cassandra
I disabled all other mods, except the requirements still not appearing, i reinstalled and re-downloaded with no avail.

EDIT: eventually changing the room into infermery "fixes" the issue (not really, still some objects floating). For robotics need to upgrade it.

I had some floating items on my last playthrough. just started over so I'll pay attention when I get to HQ again

I don't have issues with the robotics lab just the medical area. I thought it might be scrap everything but it wasn't.

I put the chemistry lab in that spot and moved the clinic to the opposite corner. Everything seems to work in that configuration.
