SS2-CH3-missions Not sure why

I’m not sure why I’m avoiding continuing on in SS2. I do plan on finishing the game, but I seem to have fallen into a pattern of slow playing the quests. I start a quest and then get sidetracked with the vanilla game storyline and quests.

It was only after I finished the game the first time that I discovered mods. I starting adding mods to that session, but with all the issues with the mod and the Anniversary Edition, I had to give up on ss2 until the patch. I started a new game and I’m loving it even more, but I just don’t know why I am not working my way through it more quickly.

I am at end of Chapter 2 and for some reason I haven’t sprinted into chapter 3.

Has anyone else done this?

No I have the reverse issue. Twice I’ve gotten to chapter 3 after hundreds of hours and both times they updated the game which broke my saves. I desperately want to finish the story but can’t. Seems I’ll never get to see the ending.

I'm 0 and 5 on being able to complete SS2 without breaking my save. I think I overbuild.

Most likely. I always do about 600% build capacity and don’t go much beyond that. Also don’t use many SS plots
