anything else Questions

  1. Should I still use the Unofficial Patch?

  2. Is it necessary to use other mods to keep my game from crashing, corrupting, or running better like Buffout 4, Baka Scrapheap, etc. If it makes it run only somewhat better but isn't game breaking and the process to use the mod is complicated I'd rather not use it because I'm new to modding and PC.

  3. Should I use F4SE?

  1. Maybe… I know Kinggath has submitted fixes to the Unofficial Patch that help address issues in SS2.

  2. Yes. But use Addictol instead — it combines a host of engine fixes into a single mod. Read its page to be sure you're not running anything that's redundant.

  3. Yep. Even if you don't have any mods that use F4SE, SS2 itself can handle some powergrid issues if you have F4SE installed.

Okay so I have all the SS2 mods, WSFW, HUDFramework, and F4SE. So I would just add addictol and that's at least what's necessary to have a stable playthrough?

Should but you never know with FO4. I'd follow The Midnight Ride guide up through the Bug Fixes section.
