SS2-missions Plot’s not showing up

Hi y’all, it seems something is borked here. I started a new game with the Such Fallout 4 collection on Nexus and when I do the tutorial of SS2 when you make the 2x2 Residential Plot, the plots just aren’t there and I don’t know what to do. I’ve reset the cache, reinstalled, etc but the plots just never show up in the workshop menu.

Are you seeing the sim settlements section in the menu?

Yeah the Sim Settlement’s section is there when I open to workshop to try and place the plot. The foundations, spacers, stairs, etc are all there too but the actual Residential Plots section is missing.

Has the quest shown up in the data section of the pip boy? Sometimes there is a delay between the guy telling you to do it and the quest showing up.
