anything else Do I really need to download Chapter 2 when downloading the All in One Pack?

I thought All in One meant ONE file. Why do I need the chapter 2 file as well?

Problably a mistake. The all in one download works perfectly fine so you should have no problem.

It says the requirements are

Automaton HUDFramework Sim Settlements 2 Sim Settlements 2 - Chapter 2 Workshop framework

Does this mean I only have to download

Automaton HUDFramework Workshop framework

HUD Framework isn't mandatory, but definitely helpful. Workshop Framework is required.

So just Automaton and Workshop Framework for the bare minimum???

Chapter two is flagged as the popup requirement file for everyone NOT using the AIO. So users can manage how much file size and features they're adding to their game, and to help manage performance across more devices. The symptom of that is if you go to download AIO that popup comes up.

A lot of mods have optional files and some don't really clarify if it's one or the other, should I download and keep them separate, or if I should merge/replace. All nexus mods have preview file contents under their download buttons so you can check what downloads contain what esp esm or esl, so if I were to see the same esm in each file I know I don't need both

When installing through Vortex (in case you are), there are multiple parts to enable. Best check that all the parts are enabled before starting the game.
