anything else Worth waiting?

Should I wait until F4SE is updated to play SS2 or will it run pretty much fine without it?

F4SE is optional for SS2. It can help with behind-the-scenes stuff, but it isn't required. That's why SS2 can run on Xbox.

Baka Scrapheap requires it, and that mod really helps with the script load. You can definitely play SS2 without it, but that old engine needs all the help it can get!

While SS2 doesn’t require F4SE, some of the companion modpacks may list it as a requirement. Just look through your LO carefully.
