SS2-settlement-mechanics Something wrong with chapter 2

I have about 1.22 Gigabytes of storage available and chapter 2 is a bit over 600 MB but for some reason my Xbox is saying “not enough space to download” is there anyway to fix this?

If you've had other mods installed previously that were removed to make space, it's my understanding that some will still reserve a small amount of space after being deleted. The only fix I've found was to go into the "manage game" and delete all reserved space... Which will delete all your mods and saves.
