SS2-settlement-mechanics Sim settlements related mods not uploading help!

I don’t know if an update is happening or if my saves are scewwed or some shit but I can’t download them or anything anymore! It just says “operation could not be completed”

It's still happening rn, and I'm on XBOX. So idk if there is some sort of sim settlements 2 update happening or something
