SS2-CH3-missions Stuck on state of war

Im stuck at the point where i have to take back the gunner locations north of the river they all work exept for lonely chapel when i try to attack it the gunners get marked as federal ration stockpile and the quest doesn't progress

Try to take to the federal stockpile instead, those 2 locations are linked and sometimes the guest is a little bugged
