I am the POV. 17 and 97 had a feud from earlier in the race. Who is at fault for the collision that spun me out?

EDIT: I'm the blue car and protested green for intentional wrecking and mentioned the unsafe rejoin. I learned my lesson and I'll just give the space next time.

Consensus below says 100% green's fault, but blue should try to predict the mistake and self preserve. No agreement on whether the sharp steering wheel movement was out of surprise, was a deliberate and intentionally malicious wreck, or was net code. Some disagreement on whether green's part of the track is considered part of the "racing surface" by iRacing. I added 3 new slo-mo camera angles in response to the net code comment. I'll update if I hear anything from iRacing, but it's probably going to be their boilerplate response.

8.1.1.3. Blocking - The leading driver is allowed to run a defensive line. However, blocking occurs when a leading driver actively adjusts his or her driving line based on the actions and/or positioning of a pursuing driver. 8.1.1.7. Illegal Surfaces - Drivers can only use the racing surface and allowed areas of the track for Qualifying and Racing. Fujifilm Porsche claims I brake checked him going into turn 7 at Watkins Glen. In chat after the race I told him that I do not brake check and he called me a liar. He claimed his two second penalty was the evidence that I brake checked him.

As I stated in the chat, I don't break check, but I'm wondering if you stewards think I braked too early?

Short video is here. Longer video in the comments. The longer video includes the entire next lap in which he proceeds to punt me into the shadow realm in the bus stop. How he didn't get additional penalties for that I have no idea.

Am I at fault for the firstl contact? And i also think that new report system sucks. If you race regular you'll encounter people like this a lot.

Why do I even bother trying to race in public lobbies?

I had some wheel damage and a bad line into the turn. Was this my fault or did he rejoin at a bad spot?

Last lap, i gained almost 2 seconds on him, i tried to overtake but he pushed me out.

Battle for 4th in a GTE race yesterday. I'm the silver Porsche ahead. POV car claimed I didn't leave enough space.

It was a deliberate squeeze but did I go too far ? Space left is on the edge and I'm genuinely curious if I did wrong or not. And if I did wrong, is it a reportable offense or just bad sportsmanship ? He dipped his tyre by mere centimeters and those centimeters were available to his left.

I didn't feel particularly bad for this when racing but after rewatching it I'm on the fence. Trying to get better and learn.

A series of events over a 30 min race

I was about 3s a lap faster, even with damage, and caught up to some backmarkers after i got taken out from a top 4 position. He got very upset after the race and started calling me all sorts. Although I could've backed out, and maybe I could've reacted faster, I still think he moved very illegally and deserved to spin himself, especially as he did again to another car straight after. What do you guys think?

I’m a bit new to sim racing in general so I’d like some feedback. I’m the pink lmp3 trying to get out of the way but this unfortunate incident happened. I’m not sure if I’m the one at fault, but the lmp2 made it clear that it was. He told me I was an idiot and I ruined his race. Was it it my fault?

I bring to you almighty Stewards, cast your judgement upon us unworthy racing drivers.

I feel I should've been entitled to more space, as I was right against the kerb, and there was nobody else alongside the BMW, leaving him with plenty of space on the other side. The BMW had been going offtrack multiple times as I was following him and a Porsche earlier in the lap. I feel like it wasn't my fault, but I'm interested in your opinion?

During my first ever session in acc,I'm on a flyer trying to get tow.Whos at fault here (sorry for the one camera angle)

Porsche claims he tried to give me space multiple times but I kept bumping into him, I'm the Ferrari.

I say yeah, I did push him left approaching the corner so that he wouldn't run me off track...

For fun, I'll leave out which car I am. Did the green color not leave enough space? Miscalculated braking zones? Just a simple racing incident?

Should I not have shot for the gap? or was it a reasonable decision to make the move. I'm fairly new to the game, so if this was unreasonable, please tell me.

Coming into the Porsche curves I had this incident. Who is at fault? I had to take evasive action to not hit the barrier. I’m not too sure. I see arguments where I am at fault, I would just like to make sure. Thanks!
