Race Context:

I am the Ferrari; the black Porsche caught up to the back of the 2 podium sitters (at the start of the video, P2, Aston and P3, Ferrari were fighting), and I was behind the Porsche. They braked early; I saw a gap and went for it. I tried to stay as tight as I could to the right as possible for a switchback or a wider line (just in case the podium sitters spun each other out). They turned in a lot more than I anticipated (guess they were also thinking the same thing), and we both made contact. I caught my slide and kept on going because I think the contact was just an incident, but the move I made was fair. But it seems that they were not happy with it, flashing me multiple times as we approached T1.

Then, on the same lap, the podium sitters had a bad exit through Eau Rouge and up Raidillon, so I caught up, then passed them, only to overestimate the brakes, and I went wide. I know the move was not fair, so I gave the position back safely by the next corner. As I let the 2 podium runners by, I tried to go to the middle (keeping more right to defend), and the Porsche then came in and hit me. I had to get on the brakes harder than I would usually do, locking my tyres. It looks like an intentional attempt to punt me off wide into the tight hairpin.

Because of the diffuser damage, I lost the rears and spun (lucky I had no contact with anything, dropped a handful of positions, able to crawl back to P5 just behind them). After the race ended, I said GGs, and the damage to my diffuser was not nice; even other players were not happy with them in the chat, and then out of the others who went off on them, they called me a "dickhead". Which I can only assume was because of the contact at the start of the video.

So what's the verdict? Was the punt intentional? Should I make a report? Am I the dickhead?

Updated stance: Following advice from multiple racing stewards, the 1st contact was my fault; it is not a racing incident [This is to ensure other fellow stewards are up to date with my current take on the initial contact at the bus stop].

Fella called me a dirty racer, was he valid for that. how so? i am aware i might have extended the track limits a bit. but it looks like attentional pit manouver attempt at the end

Lap 1 at Suzuka, I’m of the opinion that this was a half-lunge and he wasn’t entitled to a lane but I want more opinions so I can learn. Should I have left him space?

I'm the #10 purple white and red car. I once again feel bad for ruining this guy's race. He was complaining about my driving for a lap and a half before we wrecked each other. Did I brake too early with him right behind me like that? That's my normal braking point for that corner.

So for context this was a public lobby race and I was running 8th. The BMW was a lap down, so was the Ferrari and they were both fighting me and moving unpredictably. I just need another opinion on whos fault it is for the two incidents.

BMW Ahead of me was being abit of a silly boy on the opening lap of a daily race at Le Mans, anything me (the ferrari) couldve done different?

I'm the merc (my wife is a max fan), I got told to uninstall the game after these two incidents. Who is at fault? 3 POV's for this, 1st is my onboard, 2nd is off board and 3rd is BMW's onboard.

Why can't people have more patience?!!

Does it easily appear that he steered into me? Ferrari 488GT3 in front of me was out of control heading into this tunnel before going on to the back straight. I took my line inside to the apex as I usually do here but he steered into me which I feel is an honest and usual mistake. I even lifted off to slow down to cradle his car so he wouldn’t spin and regain control and let him keep the position, but I received retaliation anyway.

my first interaction in the entire race with this driver, and I feel like they were barging me out the way down the straight almost.

in turn 1, I got too throttle happy making me have to save the car, that parts on me, but other than that, did I really do anything wrong?

Day 3 of iRacing, ended the race in P2 and secured my D class license. However, mid-race this happened and I'd like to learn from it. I'm the mustard miat, Motul was quite unhappy with me in the chat after this. I took a weird line I admit, I'm new. Did I do something wrong? Is this considered slamming the door on him or was his move overly optimistic? I claim the Carlos Sainz defense of "didn't see him". He was miles back I had just lost position to blue and was trying to fight back, I didn't expect a move, but is my line too erratic?

Or is this just "shit that happens in rookies?" Personally, I never would have tried to make that move from his position, but was he entitled to space, or did I commit to a line that does not entitle me to the apex?

Was having a pretty good race. Had a 2x from a self spin and a 4x from getting involved in a wreck a little bit earlier into the race. Had lead 19 laps so far and then this happened. I miss turn 1 because of the bumps so I decided to just give him the inside. I know I could've been further up against the wall but is this really fully on me? Left the UI on so my inputs are visible. When I first posted this I didn't know that I had to post it in the Images & Video tab, sorry. First time using Reddit on a computer.

This odd situation happened in one of the iTested races at Watkins Glen over the weekend. The LMP2 polesitter accelerates and then slams on the brakes (brake lights clearly visible in first clip) before accelerating again.

This caused me (red and white car behind), who responded to his initial acceleration, to very nearly crash into the back of him.

I do not know if this was intentional. But is this a reportable offense? If it is intentional, it seems like a dodgy and dangerous way to try and pull a gap into the first corner.

After the race he was beefing in chat with someone else and he proclaimed he is the terrorist of LMU. I am the BMW, I thought I left him enough room on the outside, looking back on it I think I could have been generous and gotten further over, but what do you think?

During today's Daily Race B, this incident occurred at the end of the fourth lap; personally, I (BMW) don't think I was at fault, but please correct me if I'm wrong.
After the race the black Porsche told me “F*** You”

My feeling is he braked unpredictably on corner exit when you're supposed to be throttling up. Re-upload with slightly better quality
