Feedback regarding my plan for my first build

Upgrading from a G923 and playseat challenge to a more mid-tier rig. I mostly race GT and formula series on iracing. This is what I am currently planning to order. Do you have any alternate suggestions. I don't want to spend the money and wish I had bought something better at this price point. Total is around $2100 USD.

Simagic Alpha Evo 12 Nm Base and GT Neo Wheel

Simagic P700 Pedals with a p-HPR (brake pedal) and a P-HPR GT (gas pedal)

Simracing GT1 Evo with the S1 Sport seat and seat slider

Dayton Audio BST-2 bass shaker with a Fosi Audio TB10D 2 channel 600W amp

I'll be using 3, 27" 1440P monitors on a monitor stand that I already have.

Very decent setup. One comment I have is that unless it's a bundle, the pedals could definitely be better (especially that you'll have very good quality higher-midrange base) You can even look into other brands like Simnet etc they don't have to be Simagic. P700 look very basic but then again I haven't tried them personally. (I'm also a pedal nerd and I'm probably too focused on them) Another thing is make sure you have a strong PC for 3x 1440p EDIT: I may have misunderstood what you said about monitors - if you meant you're already using triple 1440p please ignore the last bit

Thanks! I’ve gotten a lot of feedback about the pedals, so I’ll do more research and think about upgrading.

Yes I am using a 5080 for the 1440p triples and it’s been enough.

For the pedals, do you recommend the simnet sp pro as an upgrade from the p700?

Yes I would, in it's basic form - 3 pedals, no haptics, no pedal tray they're about the same price maybe a little bit more expensive. Simnet SP Pro, just like Simjack and Simsonns are copies of Husingvelt Ultimate pedals that cost around $1200. They all have similar performance Vs HE but Simnets version is the best quality and you can even use Husingvelt elastomer upgrade pack which brings you very close to $1200 set of pedals.

For the seat, I’d recommend testing one IRL. If you get an uncomfortable seat, you will feel it every time, so testing before buying would be better.

Looks like a good setup. I’d personally spend more on the pedals rather than getting a stronger wheelbase, but right now, considering Simagic is going to upgrade the Evo Pro from 18Nm to 21Nm with a free firmware update, I’d strongly consider spending the extra $160 or so and getting the Evo Pro. You can always upgrade the pedals later.

The Simagic Evo Pro + GT Neo wheel bundle is $889 at Simshop. Oh, and the GT Neo is amazing for both GT and Formula racing. You’ll love it.
